          "text": "<ul><li>The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:</li><li>Greet and prepare patients for dermatological examinations and procedures.</li><li>Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and chief complaints.</li><li>Assist dermatologists with a variety of clinical procedures, including but not limited to skin exams, biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and cosmetic treatments.</li><li>Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies.</li><li>Perform wound care, suture removal, and dressing changes as directed.</li><li>Educate patients on post-procedure care and general dermatological health.</li><li>Manage patient records and handle prior authorizations.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Support front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and verifying insurance.</li><li>Perform other related duties as needed.</li></ul>",
