The ideal candidate must be confident in working with clients experiencing all stages of hair thinning or baldness and capable of applying a wide variety of styling and enhancement techniques—including medical wigs, extensions, weaves, and more. <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform custom styling to camouflage thinning or balding areas using:\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic cuts, blowouts, curls, layers, and texture manipulation</li>\n<li>Scalp camouflage (fibers, sprays, makeup)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Fit, style, and maintain:\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Medical wigs (cranial prostheses)</span> including lace front, full lace, and vacuum-fit units</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hair toppers and partial hairpieces</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Apply and manage various<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hair extension methods</span>:\n<ul>\n<li>Tape-in, clip-in, halo, microlink, and keratin bond extensions</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Install and maintain<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">weaves and sew-ins</span>:\n<ul>\n<li>Traditional sew-ins, net weaves, and braidless methods</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Advise on and assist with protective styles and accessories such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Scarves, turbans, hats, and silk wraps</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Collaborate with medical and trichology staff to align styling with treatment plans</li>\n<li>Educate clients on home care and maintenance to preserve scalp health</li>\n<li>Maintain sanitary, professional, and welcoming workspace</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist (must meet local licensing standards)</li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years’ experience with hair extensions, wigs, or weaves</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of hair types, especially textured and ethnic hair</li>\n<li>Experience working with clients with medical hair loss is preferred</li>\n<li>Skilled in compassionate communication and client care</li>\n<li>Able to work independently and within a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wig customization (bleaching knots, plucking hairlines, tinting lace)</li>\n<li>Scalp micropigmentation familiarity (optional)</li>\n<li>Knowledge of alopecia types and hair loss conditions</li>\n<li>Ability to track client progress with photos or hair density tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary + commission structure</li>\n<li>Ongoing training in medical hair restoration</li>\n<li>Discounted hair care products and services</li>\n<li>Opportunity to work alongside a clinical team in a professional, purpose-driven setting</li>\n</ul>",
