You will be part of our existing production team and handle relevant broadcasting operations for our events taking place in PGL Studios or outside the country.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Install and calibrate video equipment, such as video cameras, in different locations</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Align, adjust and maintain video equipment, to ensure the accurate line-up of camera output</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Operation of camera exposure, black level, and color balance controls, to match cameras and maintain overall picture quality during live and recorded programs</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Operation of the video equipment as necessary</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Switch video input sources from one camera to another</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Perform regular maintenance of video distribution and transmission equipment</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Front line maintenance of studio facilities and any liaison with Technical Support as required</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Test and resolve equipment issues</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Send in equipment for repairs as needed</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Determine filming sequences and camera movements</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Ensure equipment the safe transfer and shipment of equipment</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Maintain inventory of equipment</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Provide training to new employees ensuring that they receive operational experience across all relevant areas</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Other duties as assigned</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Related technical qualification or broadcast industry training</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Experience in vision control in broadcasting studios </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Knowledge of camera, lighting, graphics, routing, control, mixing  and power systems</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Must have a critical approach to picture quality and have normal color vision</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Experience with up to date computer-driven vision technologies</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Knowledge of electrical and electronic equipment used in broadcast  production</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">A positive and problem-solving attitude</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Attention to details</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Teamwork skills</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Flexibility to travel abroad for events and work varying hours, including nights or weekends.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Passion for video games &amp; esports is a plus</span></li>\r\n</ul>\n",
