We also provide a 401(k) savings plan, Employee Assistance Program, a tuition reimbursement program, professional development and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team, be part of the solution, support evolving innovations, and help us continue providing quality products, all while being supported by strong leadership and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervision of storeroom employees.</li>\n <li>Ensures safety of storeroom, storeroom personnel and assigned inspection areas by performing daily and weekly inspections.</li>\n <li>Monitors processes around the inventory management value stream including but not limited to material receipts, issues and cycle counting.</li>\n <li>Ensure on hand balances are accurate in order for maintenance jobs to be performed and to ensure inventory levels remain low.</li>\n <li>Performs buyer responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to reorder of inventory stock.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by Purchasing Coordinator and/or Plant Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required</li>\n <li>College Degree is preferred</li>\n <li>3 - 5 years of experience with computerized maintenance management systems, including purchasing and inventory </li>\n <li>Principles of inventory management, material flow, and value stream management</li>\n <li>General knowledge of accounting as relates to inventory control</li>\n <li>High level of clerical work, must have attention to detail</li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude </li>\n <li>Strong PC skills</li>\n <li>Previous supervision experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Buzzi Unicem USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
