We operate warehouses in Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado. We employ more than 300 people in our Sales, delivery and administration departments . Quality Brands distributes a diverse portfolio of Anheuser-Busch products, craft beers, import beers and Non Alcohol products. Quality Brands have a reputation for the best sales and service representatives in the state. We are involved in our communities through volunteer programs and local events.</p><p><strong><u>Job Overview</u>: &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>The Draught and Events Coordinator is responsible for event planning and execution while supporting the Draught Team. Responsibilities include Line cleaning tracking and verification, quality control, inventory management, supervise/maintain event equipment, and coordinate event set up and support&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Specific Duties:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensure all draught systems meet Anheuser-Busch Standards.</li><li>Train all Draught Assistants in draught system cleaning and draught system trouble shooting.</li><li>Set and maintain draught system cleaning schedules for all accounts.</li><li>Ensure that all systems are cleaned at a minimum of once every two weeks, and &nbsp;track and post the dates the systems are cleaned.</li><li>Order and maintain accurate inventory of all draught equipment and parts.</li><li>Check all damaged kegs, follow Anheuser-Busch &nbsp;and QBD Policies for returning damaged kegs</li><li>Attend all meetings promptly as scheduled.</li><li>Attend, complete, and pass all training required for Draught and Events Coordinator position.</li><li>Complete all required paperwork.</li><li>Company vehicle interior and exterior clean at all times and keep maintenance schedule up-to-date.</li><li>Adhere to all Company and State Liquor Law Guidelines.</li><li>Adhere to all State Driving Laws and Regulations.</li><li>Complete all other tasks assigned by On-Premise Manager</li><li>Have an understanding of current Consumer Awareness &amp; Education Programs and incorporate into selling.</li><li>Document and track all event equipment.</li><li>Coordinate staffing of events.</li><li>Maintain functional/operational equipment at all times.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Special Considerations:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be qualified to operate applicable company vehicles</li><li>Physically able to handle all Company products</li><li>Capable of fulfilling non-traditional workday &nbsp;company requirements</li><li>CDL Class A license required</li><li>Draught System maintenance experience</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
