    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>SUMMARY:</strong></span><strong>&nbsp;</strong><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11pt;\">The Commercial Insurance Account Manager is the inside sales and service representative for the insurance agency&rsquo;s commercial insurance clients and their staff regarding all<br>insurance service needs.</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11pt;\">A successful Account Manager is an excellent communicator, an expert in commercial lines coverages and service, and facile with the agency&rsquo;s computer systems.</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11pt;\">The Account Manager must understand the details of their assigned clients&rsquo; insurance program, document the insurance<br>coverage terms and conditions accurately in the agency&rsquo;s management system, and<br>effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to their clients.&nbsp;</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11pt;\">Additionally, the Account Manager will review and analyze insurance policies to ensure accuracy and be able to evaluate and assess contractual requirements, determining their impact on the current insurance program.</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11pt;\">This position is ultimately accountable for both the service related documents provided to clients and the data and content in the Agency&rsquo;s Management System. Applicants must be willing to perform all necessary job functions and hold all customer information confidentially.</span>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding their insurance questions and service needs.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Create certificate templates and issue required evidences of insurance to both the client and the clients&rsquo; customers and vendors.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Invoice insurance policies and issue insurance binders.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Review and analyze contracts presented by the client.&nbsp;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Comparison of contractual requirements to existing policies noting any gaps in coverage and determination of the need for job specific policies.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Communicate the need for job specific policies to the client.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Order, place, invoice and issue evidence of any project specific policies (OCPs. RRPs, and Builder&rsquo;s Risk policies).</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Cross Sell other policies and products as needed based on program analysis and discussions with clients.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Receive requests for policy changes from client, request issuance of policy endorsements from insurance carrier.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Review and invoice insurance carrier audits, endorsements, cancellations and any other carrier correspondence for accuracy and then document appropriately in the agency management system.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Review policies for accuracy against the proposal presented to the insured, the expiring policies terms and conditions and the agency management system information.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Locate and request corrections to insurance carrier errors.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Assess client&rsquo;s insurance program to identify potential gaps and/or uncovered exposures, as well as looking for account rounding and expanded coverage opportunities.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Perform special projects or additional duties as assigned.</span> &nbsp;</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\">QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager/Customer Service Representative.</p><p>NY State Property &amp; Casualty license is required.</p></div></div></div>\n",
