TERRITORY COVERAGE: This role supports homeowners across Western New York , including: Buffalo, Orchard Park, Hamburg, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, Amherst, Tonawanda, Niagara Falls, Lockport, Batavia, and Rochester. Candidates based within this region are strongly preferred due to travel requirements. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Run 2–3 pre-set, in-home sales appointments per day ( no cold calling ) Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet homeowners Deliver professional product presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment Provide estimates, financing options, and guide customers through next steps Manage follow-up and maintain your sales pipeline WHAT TO KNOW NOW: Most reps: Travel across a large territory (often 80+ miles one way) Spend several hours per day driving Work evenings and weekends to meet homeowner availability If you’re looking for a local, low-travel, or fixed-schedule role...this likely isn’t the right fit. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule Self-motivated and disciplined work style PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: In-home sales (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar) Commission-based or high-performance sales experience Territory or route-based sales Strong communication and closing ability WHAT WE PROVIDE: Pre-set, qualified appointments Consistent lead flow Structured onboarding and training Sales tools (iPad, CRM) and support EARNING POTENTIAL: Successful first-year Sales Reps at Window Nation have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that! Limited-Time Sign-On Bonus (Through June 1st 2026 Start Date): $5,000 total (less applicable taxes and withholdings) Available to external sales hires who join our June 1st training class $2,500 paid after 3 months of continuous employment $2,500 paid after 6 months of continuous employment Bonus subject to repayment if employment ends before required service milestones are met; full terms provided in offer letter First 90 Days: Earn a guaranteed base training salary of up to $2,700/month PLUS commissions while you ramp up and learn our proven sales process After 90 Days: 100% commission with UNCAPPED earning potential - your effort directly drives your paycheck On-Target Earnings First 12 month Average (ramp-up year): $90k–$130k Fully ramped-up average performers: $130k–$190k Top performers: $350k+ BEFORE YOU APPLY: We’re looking for candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in sales and ready to move through a fast-paced interview process.
