Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on us.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We&rsquo;re currently seeking a dedicated<strong>&nbsp;Senior Revenue Cycle Coordinator&nbsp;</strong>to join our <strong>Patient Financial Services Department&nbsp;</strong>at our <strong>Crestline location.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze data and complete assessments to implement process improvements to positively impact the hospital and professional receivable collections, improve the patient experience, and ensure compliant billing. Create, coordinate, deliver, and maintains successful education programs for Avita&rsquo;s Revenue Cycle teams. Act as a primary liaison with IT and revenue cycle vendors. Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic functionality.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least 5 years hospital or healthcare revenue cycle experience.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school graduate or equivalent.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certified Epic Trainer &ndash; required within 1 year of hire.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:.75in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree strongly preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certification (CHFP, CRCR, CPC).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Formal classroom teaching experience with adult learners.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven success in developing curricula and training resources.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of medical terminology.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous experience building Epic functionality and creating Epic reports.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous experience with data warehouse such as Dimensional Insight.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Join the Avita Health System Team?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Avita, we&rsquo;re committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our communities.
