This candidate will ideally have experience in market sectors such as processing advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, and emerging markets throughout the United States.  Candidates must be well-versed and experienced in Design-Build and Target Value Delivery (TVD).  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">The Project Executive is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects by overseeing the construction operations while providing leadership and management direction. This role develops project team members, identifies continuous improvement opportunities, and assists with the creation of a business unit strategic growth plan and budget. font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site field management staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Manage and support proposal creation and the development of client presentations</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interest and maintain good relationships with Clients.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Provide leadership and direction to preconstruction teams in analyzing value to the customer, opportunities, and risk.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58);
