The Role
We are currently seeking a Sr. Staff member for the Transformation Team within Data Operations. This is a pivotal role as we are at a key inflection point of finding and driving scale into our operator function. You will drive the transformation of Addepar’s Data Operations, scaling efficiency and performance across all core domains: Market Data, Portfolio Data, Custodial Feeds Onboarding, IBOR, and Alternative Investments. Finding value and opportunity is critical, requiring an ability to work autonomously while collaborating with team partners. Candidates who aspire to have autonomy and significant influence in the direction of the business are highly encouraged to apply.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $142,000 - $223,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.
What You’ll Do

Formulate KPIs and metrics to measure the success, impact, and ROI of transformation initiatives.
Lead the cultural and operational shifts required to adopt new tools, ensuring seamless transitions and high adoption across traditional operational teams
Act as a force multiplier by mentoring team members, fostering a continuous-improvement mindset, and serving as a subject matter expert for operational excellence
Who You Are

Strong understanding of the regulatory and control landscapes surrounding financial data, ensuring transformation efforts preserve data integrity and security
Skilled at constructively challenging the status quo and distilling complex technical architecture into clear, business oriented value propositions for stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and drive results without constant supervision in a fast-paced environment

PHISHING SCAM WARNING: Addepar is among several companies recently made aware of a phishing scam involving con artists posing as hiring managers recruiting via email, text and social media. The imposters are creating misleading email accounts, conducting remote “interviews,” and making fake job offers in order to collect personal and financial information from unsuspecting individuals. Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process. Additionally, Addepar will not ask you to purchase equipment or supplies as part of your onboarding process. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected] .
