The Distillery's rich tradition dates back to 1773 and includes such legends as E.H. Taylor, Jr., George T. Stagg, Albert B. Blanton, Orville Schupp, and Elmer T. Lee. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Buffalo Trace Distillery is a fully operational Distillery producing bourbon, rye and vodka on site and is a National Historic Landmark as well as is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This posting is part of our <strong>evergreen pipeline</strong> — a proactive way to connect with top talent for upcoming roles.</p>\n<p>When a matching position opens, candidates from this talent pool will be the first to be reviewed and contacted.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Primary responsibilities include (however may not be limited to):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assembling bottle components by hand: applying labels, inserting caps or corks, or placing bottles into cases</li>\n <li>Material handling: loading bottles onto a production line, removing dunnage, or stacking cases onto a pallet</li>\n <li>Operating bottling equipment through tooling adjustments, feeding components into magazines/hoppers, troubleshooting equipment errors, and monitoring production efficiencies</li>\n <li>Inspecting bottle quality and repairing incorrect production</li>\n <li>Maintaining a clean an organized work environment through routine sanitation efforts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical requirements may include (however may not be limited to):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Pushing, pulling and/or climbing</li>\n <li>Continuous standing and/or walking</li>\n <li>Working in areas that are not temperature-controlled.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are looking for dependable and motivated people to join the outstanding team that produces some of the highest quality products in the world.
