You will also be negotiating contracts with vendors, managing the event budget, coordinating with the stakeholders, and also play a key role in on-site management and post-event evaluation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will your job look like?</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning, organizing and executing international events in the field of higher education</li>\n<li>Leading negotiations and coordination with venues, catering companies and other vendors</li>\n<li>Managing the event budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring the event expenses stay within financial constraints</li>\n<li>Playing an active role in the on-site event management by overseeing operations, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring smooth execution during</li>\n<li>Ensuring the smooth coordination with other internal and external stakeholders for each dedicated event</li>\n<li>Taking active part in event debriefing meetings, gathering feedback and analyzing the results in order to suggest and implement improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>N.B.
