    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Working with all segments at Cru: Custom, Veridian &amp; Commercial</strong>.</p><ul><li>Lead assigned crew to ensure completion of jobs in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Assign tasks to crew members.&nbsp;</li><li>Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely.</li><li>Ensure the work truck is loaded correctly with proper tools and equipment.</li><li>Vehicle mechanical and safety inspection checklists must be completed before starting the day.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain truck stocks of consumable materials.</li><li>Organize grading, set up, and concrete pouring.</li><li>Order fill sand, gravel, and lumber.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure job-site conditions for safety and job quality, and notify your Project Manager of any changes or issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Leave the jobsite clean and orderly upon completion of work.</li><li>Company tools and equipment must be kept clean and in working condition.</li><li>Review and check all timecards, complete all required internal reporting documents</li><li>Complete final quality review of all jobsites.</li><li>Attend required foreman and safety meetings.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Great benefits - medical, dental (employer paid), vision, 401k, life insurance (employer paid $15,000 policy), short-term disability (employer paid), start earning vacation on day one, and 7 paid holidays!</li><li>Work is available 12 months of the year</li><li>No overnight travel</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected classes.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
