The Restaurant Manager supervises and develops staff, manages labor and inventory, and partners with leadership to drive sales and profitability while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.</p><h2>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2><p>· Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding hospitality and quality food.</p><p>· Hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, people-first culture.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.</p><p>· Oversee scheduling, labor, and inventory management to meet business goals.</p><p>· Drive sales and profitability through great guest service and operational efficiency.</p><p>· Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction.</p><p>· Coach, support, and hold team members accountable to Swadley’s standards.</p><p>· Partner with senior leadership to implement company initiatives.</p>",
