font-size: 12pt\">You will have full responsibility for the performance of the hotel, leading all aspects of the operation including rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, sales and marketing, human resources, budgeting and forecasting, and food and beverage, with direct oversight of Beira. </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A visible, proactive, and hands-on leader with strong organisational and communication skills. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least four years’ mixed management experience across hotel operations, including front office, rooms, food and beverage, housekeeping, sales and marketing, and overall business management. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong written and verbal communication skills. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
