On a typical day, you might: Drive "operating rigor" across the organization by aligning cross-functional priorities and ensuring clarity on milestones and KPIs tied to our long-term financial goals. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing the structured communication and data-driven insights needed to chart new paths. Define and set targets against operating KPIs, tracking performance, and communicating the drivers behind week-to-week variations. Deep industry expertise in Tech, specifically within the SaaS or AI sectors , and a strong understanding of the unique dynamics and KPIs of these markets. Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Tableau (or similar analytical tools) to extract and manipulate data independently. Exceptional analytical prowess and a "scrappy" mindset—you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build a model from scratch or hunt down the data you need. Strong stakeholder management skills , with a demonstrated ability to bridge different perspectives and drive consensus among diverse groups.
