    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title</strong>: Lead Mechanic &ndash; Weekend, Second Shift Weekend Crew</p><p><strong>Department:</strong> OSC SRM Sheet Metal</p><p><strong>Reports To</strong>: Structures Manager</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><p>Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Schedule manpower to accomplish assigned structural maintenance activities.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure a smooth and continuous workflow.</li><li>Ensure that GMM, RSM, and FAA regulations and procedures are followed.</li><li>Keep a clean and safe work area at all times. Ensure that waste materials, paint, alodine, and other fluids are properly handled.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by the Structures Supervisor or Structures Manager.</li><li>Interface with the Structures Supervisor to recommend improvements needed to increase performance and quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to work overtime, weekends &amp; days off.&nbsp;</p><p>FAA Airframe license required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</u></strong></p><p>High school graduate; 5 years min, experience in structures maintenance and repair on commercial category aircraft.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>LANGUAGE SKILLS</u></strong></p><p>Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
