      "content": "\n<li>TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college or university with twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience.</li>\n<li>In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, candidates may qualify with a master’s degree and eighteen (18) years of experience, a PhD and sixteen (16) years of experience, or twenty-four (24) years of systems engineering experience with no degree.</li>\n"
