With an operational footprint spanning over 90 countries across four continents, and manufacturing sites in eight countries, we offer more than 2,000 medicines across various therapeutic areas worldwide.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position, reporting to the BUH, will be based in Obour and hired under Legacy Amoun (part of Arcera) employment contract.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute product strategies including annual marketing plans, promotional cycles, and new launches.</li>\n<li>Design marketing tools and messaging to support field force effectiveness and ensure brand consistency.</li>\n<li>Engage KOLs and stakeholders through tailored presentations and advisory activities to expand market reach.</li>\n<li>Monitor field activities and key accounts to share insights and align cross-functional efforts.</li>\n<li>Lead product training and campaigns while managing budgets and PR to maximize visibility and performance.</li>\n<li>To drive the OCE transformational with digital marketing team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Medicine, or a related medical field; a Marketing Diploma or MBA is a plus.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with demonstrated success in product management or brand development.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of marketing principles, product lifecycle management, and promotional strategies.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.</li>\n<li>An expert in digital transformation and new models of customers engagements</li>\n<li>Excellent command of English (spoken and written).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is the opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, where decisions are taken fast and where you can actively participate in shaping our future.
