This position, reporting to the BUH, will be based in Obour and hired under Legacy Amoun (part of Arcera) employment contract.
Main duties
Develop and execute product strategies including annual marketing plans, promotional cycles, and new launches.
Design marketing tools and messaging to support field force effectiveness and ensure brand consistency.
Engage KOLs and stakeholders through tailored presentations and advisory activities to expand market reach.
Monitor field activities and key accounts to share insights and align cross-functional efforts.
Lead product training and campaigns while managing budgets and PR to maximize visibility and performance.
To drive the OCE transformational with digital marketing team
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Medicine, or a related medical field; a Marketing Diploma or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with demonstrated success in product management or brand development.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, product lifecycle management, and promotional strategies.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
An expert in digital transformation and new models of customers engagements
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
