The qualified individual should be capable of following schedules, communicating issues that arise and working in a time sensitive fashion in a highly changing product mix.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Perform all operations necessary to assemble, test and ship magnets, efficiently.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Comply with all ISO 9001 assembly quality procedures.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Read and interpret assembly routers and drawings.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Fill out test forms (electronic and paper) to communicate the condition to the sales and</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&nbsp;engineering team.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Plasma arc cutting of magnets, as required.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Perform at rates set by pre-determined time standards.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Perform in a team environment.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Follow all safety rules, use proper PPE, and report any safety concerns.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">&bull; Other duties and job functions, as required.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience and Education Required&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li>High school education or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and engineering specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read various measuring equipment including meters, scales, and dial indicators.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to use various hand tools, hydraulic presses, air wrenches, electric motors, air gauges, painting equipment, parts washer, cranes.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to operate a forklift and overhead cranes.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer skills in MS Excel, MS word, and email.</li><li>Mechanic experience, desired.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 lbs. continuously and 100 lbs., occasionally.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day for up to ten hours.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
