If you&#39;re passionate about design and want to be part of a company that cares about its people, this is the job for you!</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The SolidWorks Designer position is responsible for the design and drawing of air-cooled heat exchangers and other heat transfer components.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Perform design calculations per ASME code as&nbsp;required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Review and apply project specifications and incorporate them into fabrication&nbsp;drawings.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Serve as technical contact for the shop and outsource&nbsp;fabricators.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Coordinate with internal departments to establish information needed to complete all technical activities (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering,&nbsp;Sales).</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Create and submit all customer approval drawings and&nbsp;calculations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Coordinate with engineering to complete bundle and structural detail drawings as&nbsp;needed.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">3D Solidworks modeling experience is required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Experience with air-cooled heat exchangers or relevant structural design knowledge is&nbsp;desired.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">General mechanical drafting knowledge and experience&nbsp;required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Familiarity with weld processes and symbols for vessel and structural applications&nbsp;desired.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Experience with Driveworks Automation is desired.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">SolidWorks: minimum of 3 years</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Mechanical Drafting: minimum of 3 years</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>WHY JOIN EADS?</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Great Benefits:</strong> Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Account.
