    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Tulsa, OK</p>\n<p>💰<strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $90.00+/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EXPLEO GROUP USA is seeking a Senior Consultant<strong> Stress Engineer </strong>(Level 6) to provide industry-leading expertise, innovation, and strategic technical leadership across aerospace structural programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is designed for a recognized industry expert who operates at the highest level of engineering capability, influencing technical direction, innovation, and long-term program success.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead resolution of highly complex structural and stress-related challenges</li>\n <li>Perform and oversee advanced static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis</li>\n <li>Define and drive advanced FEM modeling approaches and methodologies</li>\n <li>Serve as final authority on stress reports, SCNs, and structural validation</li>\n <li>Influence engineering strategy, design practices, and technical direction</li>\n <li>Act as primary technical interface with senior stakeholders and customers</li>\n <li>Lead design reviews and drive critical engineering decisions</li>\n <li>Mentor senior engineers and shape organizational technical capability</li>\n <li>Drive innovation and continuous improvement in stress analysis methods</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred)</li>\n <li>20+ years of aerospace stress engineering experience</li>\n <li>Recognized expert in structural analysis (metallic and composite)</li>\n <li>Extensive Boeing Defense program experience required</li>\n <li>Deep expertise in damage tolerance, fatigue, and FEM</li>\n <li>Proven ability to influence strategic engineering outcomes</li>\n <li>Advanced leadership, communication, and problem-solving capability</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Premium compensation ($90+/hour)</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health benefits</li>\n <li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n <li>Strategic, high-impact leadership role</li>\n <li>Opportunity to shape engineering direction and innovation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Expleo</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position may require access to information subject to U.S. export‑control regulations (e.g., ITAR/EAR).
