The Inside Sales Representative’s duties encompass complete account management.  Some travel may be required to see customers along with participating in various industry events</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Handle all of the customer service functions including answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner, accurate and timely order entry, following orders from entry through shipment.</li>\n <li>Assist customers with all of their daily needs including product availability, accurate and timely price quotes, troubleshooting, and delivery questions.</li>\n <li>Communicate daily with all outside sales representatives and work directly with all mill departments effectively and professionally.</li>\n <li>Need to be able to handle strong personalities and difficult customers with professionalism.</li>\n <li>This person will need to grasp many concepts including freight equalization and various pricing scenarios.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.</li>\n <li>Strong data entry skills.</li>\n <li>Organizational skills and accuracy a MUST.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to help teammates daily.</li>\n <li>Some travel may be required to help teammates daily.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Customer Service or relevant experience</li>\n <li>4-Year Degree</li>\n <li>Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft D365</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.</strong></em></p>",
