This role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT hardware, software, and network systems critical to distribution center operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide onsite IT support for desktop PCs, laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, RF scanners, label printers, VoIP phones, and other distribution center technology.</li>\n <li>Support and troubleshoot warehouse systems such as WMS terminals, handheld devices, conveyor control systems, kiosks, and IP surveillance equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintain and repair network equipment including switches, access points, and cabling in accordance with network team guidelines.</li>\n <li>Monitor and respond to support tickets, incidents, and service requests with a focus on minimizing downtime.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support application rollouts, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure changes.</li>\n <li>Manage hardware inventory, coordinate RMA processes, and assist with equipment lifecycle management.</li>\n <li>Ensure all equipment and systems meet operational and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Participate in technology implementations, relocations, and disaster recovery initiatives.</li>\n <li>Document support procedures, configuration details, and incident resolutions.</li>\n <li>Provide support during off-hours and weekends as needed for system emergencies or critical projects.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.</li>\n <li>Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>None</p>\n<h2></h2>\n<h1>Essential Qualities for Success</h1>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 3-5 years of IT field support experience at least an associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.</li>\n <li>Experience with WMS systems such as HighJump/Körber, Manhattan, or Infios.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).</li>\n <li>CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ITIL processes and basic project coordination skills.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting RF handhelds (e.g., Honeywell, Zebra), label printers (e.g., Zebra), and other warehouse technologies.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of LAN/WAN environments, basic network troubleshooting, and cabling standards.</li>\n <li>Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to changing priorities under pressure.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1> Physical Requirements  </h1>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.</li>\n <li>Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically. </li>\n <li>Able to navigate and access all facilities.</li>\n <li>Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.</li>\n <li>Close vision for computer-related tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour and is bonus eligible.
