Duties will be forming and finishing curb, sidewalk, and slabs. Some bridge and structural work as well. Pay is depending on experience and work history.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Most jobs are local in the North Idaho / Spokane region. Some regional travel may be required dependent on projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LaRiviere offers a generous benefit package to all of our employees including paid Medical Insurance for the employee, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and an Automatic Hourly 401k Contribution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time and the ability to access ground level surfaces</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li>\n<li>Knowledge of materials commonly used in concrete projects</li>\n<li>Ability to move heavy materials and tools from one location to another</li>\n<li>Familiarity with the use of personal protective equipment (<span>PPE</span>) and construction safety standards</li>\n<li>Ability to use common tools, such as trowels, screeds, floats, mixers and saws</li>\n<li>Understanding of how concrete cures and how environmental conditions may impact the process</li>\n<li>Analytical skills to interpret blueprints and construction specifications</li>\n<li>Basic arithmetic skills to perform measurements</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and safe job site</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LaRiviere is an Equal Opportunity Employer is an equal opportunity employer.
