The Superintendent sets and manages client expectations, manages all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule, and oversees material delivery. The Superintendent develops and maintains successful relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and homeowners. The Superintendent must verify that the quality of each phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations. The Superintendent coordinates with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and according to Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures. The Superintendent maintains and posts all documentation in accordance with company policies. The Superintendent must communicate with project team and homeowners by phone and email daily.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: georgia, palatino\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;
