    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Safely maintain, repair and rehab equipment in multiple areas within the Maintenance Division; Plumbing, Kitchen Equipment Repair, HVAC/R, Aquatic Systems & Water Quality.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of assigned equipment and locations </li>\n <li>Perform rehab work on assigned equipment and locations</li>\n <li>Maintain, install, repair and trouble-shoot various items, equipment and locations</li>\n <li>Inspect equipment and locations for malfunctions and repair </li>\n <li>Perform routine preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment </li>\n <li>Assist with keeping a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance </li>\n <li>Effectively and professionally communicate and coordinate with other departments within the park.</li>\n <li>Comply with company procedures, policies and safety standards </li>\n <li>Help to ensure compliance with government codes and corporate mandates. </li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC/R, Aquatic Systems and Water Quality </li>\n <li>Should possess practical skills and willingness to learn in all of the respective areas; Plumbing, HVAC/R, Aquatic Systems, and Water Quality</li>\n <li>Experience with electrical, plumbing & natural gas systems preferred </li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work any shift and on weekends and holidays as needed</li>\n <li>Must be able to trouble-shoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members </li>\n <li>Must possess strong safety sensitivity & ability to work with many different types of devices </li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li>\n <li>Must possess a valid Driver’s License </li>\n</ul>",
