Description
We are seeking an energetic and friendly individual for a part-time position in a 55+ residential HOA community. The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-service oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule of up to 28 hours per week. Shifts may include a combination of 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM and/or 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays. Primary responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing the front entrance, assisting residents with reservations in the community system, and maintaining the reception desk. The role requires providing excellent customer service while greeting residents and visitors both in person and over the phone.
