    "description": "<p>Aicadium is searching for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Scientist</span> who is passionate about AI &amp; Machine Learning to join our team and help lead Aicadium into new growth areas. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We seek high-energy team members with a positive attitude and a continual drive to learn and grow both professionally and personally.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leverage hands-on experience in modeling to use, improve, fine-tune, and customise computer vision (CV) and multimodal models. </li>\n<li>Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Apply your expertise including working with images, 3D data, video, VR/AR, multimodal data, and sensor fusion for custom ML solutions.</li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and SOTA in CV and multimodal learning. </li>\n<li>Enable new capabilities for Aicadium products and tools in multimodal foundation models and industrial computer vision (ICV) ML domain.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.</li>\n<li>Address unsolved problems in ICV.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Experience:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up-to-date knowledge in generative models, vision and language modeling, and ML frameworks</li>\n<li>Experience in data curation, model training and customisation for solving real-world CV and LLM challenges </li>\n<li>Proven experience building, optimizing, and deploying scalable, production-grade computer vision pipelines.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Excellent teamwork spirit and written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>3+ years of full-time experience in CV and ML. </li>\n<li>Excellent proficiency in Python for CV and ML. </li>\n<li>A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds</li>\n<li>M.Sc. or Ph.D. in STEM+ area</li>\n<li>Strong work and publication record in the CV/ML domain is a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us:</span></p>\n<p>Aicadium is a global technology company striving to provide AI solutions across multiple industries, by leveraging a common machine learning platform to deliver AI as a Service</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team</span></p>\n<p>Join a growing team of data scientists, machine learning and software engineers in an agile development environment.
