    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>Principal Technical Engineer - Identity Access Management</strong> to lead the strategy, architecture, and engineering of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and broader Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) capabilities. Serves as the technical authority responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling secure, compliant identity solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. Ensures identity services are resilient, audit-ready, and aligned to business, security, and regulatory requirements. Partners cross-functionally to embed identity controls into enterprise systems, applications, and DevSecOps practices.</p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build a strong Identity Governance and Administration program and serve as the technical expert. Key technical contributor to the strategy, design, engineering and management of the enterprise IGA solution&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration processes. Plan, design and implement Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, Access Control Processes, role-based access control and other relevant Identity Governance and Administration capabilities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Build a strong Identity &amp; Access Management foundation. Integrate&nbsp;Identity &amp; Access Management&nbsp;systems with in-house applications, third party applications and SaaS applications for all identity governance functions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Design, develop, test, implement, and document the Identity &amp; Access Management solution to meet program requirements&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Translate high level requirements into detailed technical designs, and lead design sessions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop documentation to support ongoing Identity &amp; Access Management systems operations, maintenance, and specific problem resolution&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
