Riley, and parts of Pottawatomie County.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">We are hiring immediately for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">full-time Non-CDL Bus Operator</span> that is friendly, reliable, and safety focused. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join our team!</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">What Our Bus Operators Do:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide reliable transportation services to the public by operating the vehicles safely and carefully.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Inspect vehicles by checking gas, oil, and water levels before departure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Utilize software using a tablet device to track vehicle and rider information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Always observe all traffic rules and other applicable laws and regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Adhere to KDOT regulations when riders using wheelchairs are boarding or exiting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communicate effectively and interact with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Able to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, and work overtime as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Minimum age of 21.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Authorized to work in the United States.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the previous three years.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must be able to maintain a KDOT physical certification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job subject to testing criteria. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and Physical Capacity Profile.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Great customer service/people skills, including good verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must show a stable previous work history.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Our Benefits Package:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Pay range is $17.00 per hour</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Averaging 10 hours/week of overtime equates to $48,600 per year. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Full-time hires average 45 hours per week. We provide on the job driving experience and classroom instruction for you to obtain the CDL C with Passenger Endorsement! Pay will increase to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$18.50 per hour</span> after obtaining CDL C with Passenger Endorsement. Averaging 10 hours/week of overtime equates to $52,900 per year.  </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Additional Information:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The job is a safety sensitive position and is subject to ongoing random drug and alcohol screening.
