    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Primary Responsibility:</strong></span><br><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Under general supervision, the Warehouse Laborer will manually move freight, stock, and other materials, and ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Manually load and unload freight in a temperature-controlled warehouse.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate area, pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation, perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Perform other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</span><br><br><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>What Experience and Education You Need:&nbsp;</strong></span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>What Could Set You Apart:&nbsp;</strong></span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Ability to work independently.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and early morning shifts.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Ability to pay close attention to details and meet deadlines.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Ability to work in spaces with 55 inches of headroom.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• May be required to tolerate working environment with inside controlled temperatures of -15 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat, cold, and precipitation).&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Must tolerate heights up to 30 ft. and be able to access elevated products from inside safety cage.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• May stand to rebuild pallets with products. Requires tolerance of standing posture up to 5 hours, over an 8-10-12 hour shift.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">• Must transfer boxes weighing up to 55 lbs. from ground level to 80 inches in height and up 70 lbs. to 50 inches in height rebuilding pallets.
