    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Kids Ministry Associate &ndash; Bullitt County Campus</strong></p><p>The Kids Ministry Associate will come alongside the Kids Ministry Leader to recruit, equip and shepherd volunteers to lead Kids Ministry at their campus. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit new volunteers to serve in Southeast Kids</li><li>Equip and shepherd volunteers to effectively carry out the ministry</li><li>Schedule volunteers using Planning Center, ensure current policies and best practices are adhered to, execute weekend services.</li><li>Empower volunteers to lead all program elements</li><li>Implement central resources so that more time is spent ministering to volunteers and families.</li><li>Plan and execute events for children and volunteers, including family dedication and promotion weekend.</li><li>Communicate frequently and effectively with volunteers and parents, including pastoral care, prayer, and encouragement.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Works independently and collaborates with the team</li><li>Empathetic heart that wisely shepherds others</li><li>Builds effective teams</li><li>Develops leaders</li><li>Delegates tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Drives engagement</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Planning Center, and proficient in Rock database (or willingness to learn)</li></ul><p><strong>Our Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Two or more years of Children&rsquo;s Ministry experience preferred.</li><li>Must live in Bullitt County or be willing to relocate to Bullitt County within the first year of employment.</li><li>Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.</li><li>Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.</li><li>Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving.&nbsp;</li><li>Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways. <a href=\"https://www.southeastchristian.org/who-we-are#mantras\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.southeastchristian.org/who-we-are#mantras</a></li></ul><p><strong>*Please read our Statement of Faith that is attached below.&nbsp;</strong>You will be asked if you agree with our Statement of Faith within the application process.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>If this sounds like you and you&rsquo;re ready to join us on mission, apply today!</em></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div>\n",
