If you’re confident managing complex residential electrical work, mentoring others, and being a technical authority in the field, this role was built for you. \n<p><strong>Location: West Mifflin, PA </strong>(servicing out and back up to an hour)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay: $70,000-120,000 + opportunity for a license holding bonus</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Take-Home Perks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Company Truck & </strong><strong>Fuel Card </strong>(dispatch from home!)</li>\n <li><strong>Tools Provided</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits</strong></li>\n <li><strong>401k with 4% Match</strong></li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You’ll Be Doing:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform and oversee advanced residential electrical work, including service upgrades, panel replacements, generators, electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Serve as the licensed authority for electrical work in the City of Pittsburgh, including pulling permits and ensuring code compliance</li>\n <li>Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, breakers, and transformers to ensure safety and performance</li>\n <li>Ensure all work complies with <strong>City of Pittsburgh codes, Pennsylvania regulations, and NEC standards</strong></li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians and apprentices as needed</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain findings, solutions, and recommendations</li>\n <li>Identify and recommend repairs or upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and long-term system performance</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You'll Bring:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Active Pittsburgh City Master Electrician License (required)</strong></li>\n <li>Minimum <strong>5+ years of residential electrical experience</strong>, including leadership or oversight responsibilities</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of residential electrical systems, code compliance, diagnostics, and service upgrades</li>\n <li>Strong customer communication skills with a professional, solution-focused approach</li>\n <li>Ability to lead by example, maintain high workmanship standards, and take ownership of job quality</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
