    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Why This Role Exists</strong></p><p>This role is designed for <strong>experienced maintenance technicians</strong> who want to move beyond reactive maintenance and into <strong>advanced troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement</strong>.</p><p>If you&rsquo;re the technician people call when a problem <em>won&rsquo;t stay fixed</em>, if you enjoy digging into root causes, controls logic, and design flaws&mdash;and if you&rsquo;re ready to elevate your role without leaving the plant floor&mdash;this position was built for you.</p><p>This is <strong>not</strong> a routine maintenance role. It is a <strong>technical escalation and reliability role</strong> that sits at the intersection of Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p><strong>Equipment Reliability &amp; Advanced Troubleshooting</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Act as the <strong>technical escalation point</strong> for chronic, complex equipment issues</li><li>Troubleshoot <strong>mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related failures</strong></li><li>Perform in-depth machine evaluations and properly route corrective actions through Maintenance WOs</li><li>Track temporary fixes (&ldquo;band-aids&rdquo;) and drive them to <strong>permanent countermeasures</strong></li><li>Identify design-driven failure modes and initiate corrective actions</li></ul><p><strong>Engineering Support &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Support <strong>new equipment installs, upgrades, and validations</strong></li><li>Design, fabricate, assemble, and test <strong>proof-of-concept solutions</strong></li><li>Contribute hands-on solutions to <strong>CARs, RCAs, and reliability investigations</strong></li><li>Analyze downtime, failure trends, and equipment performance data</li><li>Participate in <strong>Kaizen and CI initiatives</strong> across slitting and packaging</li></ul><p><strong>Standards, Quality &amp; Documentation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Verify correct components, hardware, and installation methods</li><li>Reject sub-standard work and push for proper resolution&mdash;not workarounds</li><li>Enforce equipment and design standards; flag and correct deviations</li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>troubleshooting guides and technical documentation</strong></li><li>Generate clear technical summaries of issues, findings, and actions</li></ul><p><strong>Fabrication, Design &amp;
