          "text": "<p>&#xa0;<br>\nCapTech’s&#xa0;Customer Experience (CX) team seeks a Senior Interaction Designer / Product Designer with&#xa0;a track record&#xa0;of designing sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and accessible.&#xa0;</p><p>Our interaction designers bring curiosity to every challenge, stay current with evolving design methods and tools, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver elegant solutions to complex business problems.&#xa0;</p><p>This could be the position for you if:&#xa0;</p><p>· You have a proven understanding of product strategy, heuristic analysis, information architecture, user research, user interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.&#xa0;</p><p>· You are a strategic thinker who can translate business goals and user needs into thoughtful design solutions.&#xa0;</p><p>· You are comfortable working within established design systems while also contributing to their evolution.&#xa0;</p><p>· You enjoy collaborating with researchers, developers, analysts, and other designers to create cohesive and impactful experiences.&#xa0;</p><p>· You have a proven ability to meet tight deadlines, with some supervision, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.&#xa0;</p><p>Responsibilities may include:&#xa0;</p><p>· Creating personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web and mobile interface designs that follow best practices in usability and interaction design.&#xa0;</p><p>· Designing new, engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, as well as extending and enhancing existing designs based on established design systems.&#xa0;</p><p>· Producing clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designs and recommendations.&#xa0;</p><p>· Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams in a clear and compelling manner.&#xa0;</p><p>· Consulting with clients and team members about the benefits of accessible design.&#xa0;</p><p>· Giving insightful and constructive feedback on the designs, including interactions, information architecture, content, and alignment with business goals and user needs.&#xa0;</p><p>· Conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design decisions.&#xa0;</p><p>· Collaborating with developers to ensure design fidelity and accessibility.&#xa0;</p><p>· Researching and understanding design and technology trends and helping&#xa0;determine&#xa0;their relevance for our recommended solutions.&#xa0;</p><p>· Exploring and&#xa0;leveraging&#xa0;AI-powered design tools and workflows, staying current with emerging technologies, and experimenting with&#xa0;new approaches&#xa0;to enhance creativity, efficiency, and impact.&#xa0;</p>",
