manages each project from project initiation through project completion.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Responsible for assembling a cross-functional project team for each high-priority project and coordinating the efforts of those project teams.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">For high-priority projects, leads the project teams to successfully complete projects and meet project objectives on time, within scope and within authorized budget.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">For high-priority projects, facilitates development of a detailed baseline project schedule to identify the critical path and important milestones.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; Transmission electric system capital project experience strongly preferred.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and motivate a team comprised of a cross-functional group of resources.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;
