This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and crucial to our client experience. Team members work together to safely deliver, install, and strike rental items with care and efficiency, always upholding our reputation for excellence.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service while representing RW Events with professionalism and pride</li><li>Follow guidance from the Installation Lead to complete event setups and pickups on schedule</li><li>Safely load, unload, and transport rental items, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage</li><li>Set up and strike rental inventory—including specialty furniture, tables, and décor—quickly and precisely</li><li>Inspect items post-event and report any damage, loss, or issues to the Installation Lead</li><li>Respect venue policies and maintain a courteous, professional presence on-site</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company protocols at every step</li><li>Take all required rest and meal breaks per Florida state law</li><li>Support warehouse operations and maintenance when not on delivery or setup</li><li>If assigned as a driver, follow all vehicle guidelines and maintain a clean driving record</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>Part-time and full-time opportunities available</li><li>Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required during peak seasons</li><li>Competitive hourly pay, based on experience</li></ul>",
