          "text": "<p>The Lead HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This individual will provide expert-level technical support, manage complex projects, and mentor junior HVAC technicians. This role requires advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, superior problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Assigning work tasks to technicians, scheduling maintenance visits, and coordinating with other trades or contractors.&#xa0;</li><li>Planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs, overseeing repairs of HVAC equipment, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently.</li><li>Identifying and resolving technical issues related to HVAC systems, often requiring a strong understanding of HVAC principles and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Monitoring the quality of work performed by technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.&#xa0;Providing on-the-job training and mentoring new technicians.</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of work performed, preparing reports, and documenting any issues to include local, state, federal regulations and EPA guidelines. &#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Valid Maryland Masters HVAC license required.&#xa0;</li><li>CFC Certification required.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required.&#xa0;</li><li>Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.</li><li>Valid driver's license in good standing required.&#xa0;</li><li>First Aid Certification is required.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years&#xa0;experience in lite commercial building HVAC, residential HVAC, water source heat pumps and residential boiler/chiller air handling units.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, crawl under equipment, and work in cramped spaces at times.</li></ul>",
