      "value": "<ul><li>You have a technical qualification with further training (e.g., technician or master craftsman) or a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering</li><li>You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in machining (e.g., CNC turning, CNC milling) or injection molding, and a strong practical understanding of manufacturing processes</li><li>Ideally, you have initial hands-on experience in component cost calculation</li><li>You have experience creating process plans, can confidently read technical drawings, and are able to assess manufacturing processes from a technical perspective</li><li>You can realistically estimate machining times, setup times, and manufacturing efforts and justify your assessments from a technical standpoint</li><li>You think analytically, work in a structured and pragmatic way, and have an interest in AI and data-driven approaches</li><li>You communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy working in a team</li><li>You have very good German and English language skills</li><li>Nice to have: Experience with ERP, costing, or manufacturing software, or basic knowledge of programming or data analysis</li></ul>"
