The retail associate provides professional and enthusiastic service for Louisville Slugger Museum &amp; Factory guests to ensure a world-class experience. This is done through warmly greeting all guests, providing expedient service, &amp; promptly answering any questions about the Louisville Slugger brand and/or the city of Louisville. In addition, this role is accountable for proper cash handling, maintaining a clean and inviting store as well as stocking the store as needed. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Promptly greet all guests and provide an inviting atmosphere for anybody walking into the building.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide expedient service and move queued lines quickly but always with courteous and warm greetings.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist customers with selecting personalized bats, processing orders, and operating the laser engraver as assigned or as needed.</li><li>Complete tasks as required by the Retail Manager or Supervisors.</li><li>Observes and fulfills stocking needs for the Store.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have flexible work hours, nights, weekdays, weekends, and Holidays as needed.</li><li>May be asked to work night events at the Museum.</li><li>Advises customers by providing information on products.</li><li>Assists customers in making selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions and opinions.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with answering incoming phone calls from guests about orders and museum questions.&nbsp;</li><li>Secures merchandise and company assets by implementing security systems and measures.&nbsp;</li><li>Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements, company policies and marketing direction.&nbsp;</li><li>Team player within the retail department and companywide.</li><li>Follow company's four core values: We Got This, Make it Better, Courage to Change &amp; We Care.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong></p><p>This document describes the position currently not available.
