    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p data-pasted=\"true\">EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:</p><p> Work with Director F&amp;B to determine Beverage standards.</p><p> Receives all beverage orders along with storeroom orders, ensure proper accuracy</p><p>on order(s).</p><p> Create and maintain bin numbers for the wine rooms to include packing, product</p><p>and price specifications.</p><p> Ability to carry/lift 50lbs and push/pull 200lbs.</p><p> Maintain liquor room, wine room and beer cooler cleaned and in working standards.</p><p> Prepare daily receiving beverage report.</p><p> Prepare daily beverage requisitions.</p><p> Creates all PO&rsquo;s in EPRO, gets approvals and Receives items and invoices in system</p><p> Review all incoming beverage invoices for pricing and accuracy.</p><p> Manage pars for beverage storerooms</p><p> Place daily orders with vendors.</p><p> Communicate with F&amp;B Director/Managers regarding shortages and out of stock</p><p>items.</p><p> Research alternatives products.</p><p> Update pricing inventory sheets.</p><p> Conduct monthly/quarterly F&amp;B inventory.</p><p> Conduct yearly F&amp;B inventory.</p><p> Support receiving and storeroom clerks, as necessary.</p><p> Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues.</p><p><br></p><p>OTHER:</p><p>Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying</p><p>schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort.</p><p>Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Trump</p><p><br></p><p>National Doral &ndash; Miami from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this</p><p>Position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and</p><p>including termination of employment.</p><p>Due to the industry that we are in, a need will occur for each associate to provide &ldquo;Lateral</p><p>Service&rdquo;. Our goal is to ensure that we are maximizing customer satisfaction and as a result</p><p>there will be times when our associates in the Operation will call upon us for support in order to</p><p>ensure customer satisfaction occurs. When we are fortunate enough for this to occur, each</p><p>associate will positively respond unless there is a chance that an opportunity resulting in</p><p>dissatisfying a guest could occur. Demonstrate working knowledge of the</p><p>service standards.</p><p>SAFETY REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may</p><p>have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The hotel will provide the required PPE.</p><p>Associates will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility</p><p>to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your</p><p>Manager.</p><p>QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:</p><p>Education:</p><p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p><p>Experience:</p><p>Two years of F&amp;B Buying experience required.
