This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping our beautiful waterfront condominium resort in excellent condition. You will play a key role in ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for both owners and guests.</p><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of common areas, building systems, and equipment</li><li>Respond to maintenance requests</li><li>Assist with pool/spa area upkeep and basic grounds maintenance</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment</li><li>Work with vendors and contractors when needed</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Assist with hurricane preparedness and post-storm cleanup as required</li><li>Monitor halls and grounds for cleanliness.</li></ul><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (residential or commercial preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and repair common issues quickly</li><li>Experience with painting, drywall repair, and general handyman work</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Valid Florida driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in outdoor conditions and walk up flights of stairs.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Pool maintenance experience</li><li>HVAC or appliance repair experience</li><li>Previous resort or multi-family property maintenance experience</li></ul><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What We Offer</h3><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive hourly pay ($20&ndash;$23/hr)</li><li>40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime (Full-Time)</li><li>30 hours per week with opportunity for overtime (Part-Time)</li><li>Stable, year-round position at a beautiful waterfront resort</li><li>Supportive work environment</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><br></p><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>How to Apply:</strong> Please send your resume and a brief note about your maintenance experience to: <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"mailto:[email protected]\">[email protected]</a> -&nbsp; Subject Line: Maintenance Technician Application</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sentry Management is an equal opportunity employer.</p><p><br></p></div></div><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
