    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Description:</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture.&nbsp; Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the property.&nbsp; Properly implement all Title 31 procedures, observe and safeguard company assets, and follow all responsible gaming guidelines.&nbsp;Work with Executive Administration Managers regarding Team Member functions and issues.&nbsp; Provide friendly, efficient service to all Guests and oversee the overall operation of the property.&nbsp; Must be able to effectively supervise, coach, counsel, and discipline Team Members as well as orient, train, and evaluate Team Members.&nbsp;Responsible for related departmental budgets and monthly financial reviews.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Qualifications:</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.&nbsp; Minimum two (2) years’ management experience.&nbsp; Slots experience preferred.&nbsp; Strong Communication, Leadership and Organizational skills.&nbsp; </span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.&nbsp; Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful.&nbsp; Must have financial and budgeting experience.</span></span></p>",
