They must also possess working knowledge of manufacturing safety, PPE, packaging, and the ability to identify production issues.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The role of Production Operator I is an experienced operator who can assist with production, quality, inventory, and packaging. They must also possess working knowledge of manufacturing safety, PPE, packaging, and the ability to identify production issues.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n <li>Enthusiastic and self-starter</li>\n <li>Excellent team player</li>\n <li>Operate pallet jacks.</li>\n <li>Able to lift weight of up to 35lbs. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical (electrical, mechanical) education at junior college level</li>\n <li>Knowledge in Injection Molding Machines, Quality, Manufacturing and 5S</li>\n <li>Enthusiastic, hardworking and have a can-do attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Rain Bird is an equal opportunity employer.</p>",
