This position will provide</p><p>quality improvement activities as necessary and or as directed. &nbsp;These activities may</p><p>include data analysis, data collection, and quality improvement.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</u></p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p>Experience: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Previous clinical experience preferred but not required</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Education: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Graduate of an accredited program for Licensed Practical Nursing</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Req. Cert./ &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Current LPN licensure in the state where employed CPR</p><p>Registration: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; certification</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><u>JOB DUTIES</u> (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)</p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><ol><li>Maintain composure when dealing with stressful situation involving a patient, or other customer.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.</li><li>Greet patients in a polite and courteous manner.</li><li>Provides quality customer service indicating a genuine willingness to meet others&rsquo; needs in a timely and thorough manner.</li><li>Have a good working knowledge of Seneca Family Practice regulations and manual.</li><li>Arrange for all laboratory test, x-rays, EKG&rsquo;s, echocardiograms, and other tests, as needed.</li><li>Arrange for referrals to other physicians/specialists and relate said information to patient and physicians.</li><li>Assist physician or midlevel provider during treatments, examinations, and procedures, i.e. suture removal, pelvic exam as needed.</li><li>Contact specified pharmacy with information regarding needed prescriptions.</li><li>Demonstrate compliance with policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain exam rooms before and after patients to ensure that area is clean.</li><li>Obtain information from the patient and vital signs and document accurately as to the history of the present illness or health concerns.</li><li>Accurate and thorough documentation.</li><li>Perform special treatment/procedures, under the direction and written order of the physician, such as injections.</li><li>Safely administer medications as ordered by the provider and maintain proper drug controls.</li><li>ICD-9 codes &ndash; order entry.</li><li>Attend monthly nursing meetings.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div>\n",
