    "description": "<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an experienced Hybrid Yard Driver to support our distribution center located in Oswego, IL. <strong>As a Hybrid Yard Driver, you will primarily be operating an electric stand-up forklift with reverse controls in the warehouse, but there will be times where are you asked to operate a yard truck to move trailers in and out of dock doors as necessary.</strong> This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. </p>\n<h2>Schedule and Compensation</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tuesday through Friday - 10:00am to 8:30pm; starting at $23.73 per hour</li>\n <li><strong>Eligible for a monthly bonus of up to $1.05 per hour</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Details</h2>\n<p><strong>What to expect as a Hybrid Yard Driver:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Hybrid Yard Drivers will primarily be operating an electric stand-up forklift with reverse controls in the warehouse, but there will be times where are you asked to operate a yard truck to move trailers in and out of dock doors as necessary.</strong></li>\n <li> Load, Unload, and Shuttle product using an electric stand-up forklift with reverse controls within the warehouse</li>\n <li>Performs inspection of vehicle prior to and after operation.</li>\n <li>Moves trailers in and out of dock as directed by management.</li>\n <li>Chocking trailers as they are spotted for loading and unloading, the placement of nose supports for 28 ft trailers when spotted at dock doors.</li>\n <li>Inspection of trailers prior to loading.</li>\n <li>Responsible for inputting data into a Yard Management System.</li>\n <li>Maintain a Level of Service within a 2 hour turn around.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as deemed necessary or assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a Yard Truck in extreme tight quarters.</li>\n <li>Driving school and or safety certifications preferred</li>\n <li>Experience within a Warehouse/Distribution Environment</li>\n <li>Ability to work under time constraints while still recognizing the importance of inventory accuracy.</li>\n <li>Ability to physically lift 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Ability to read understand SKU’s and product.</li>\n <li>Willingness to be cross trained.</li>\n <li>Strong customer service orientation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Legacy Supply Chain?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive Pay</strong>: Highly competitive wages</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Support</strong>: Company-funded 401(k) with top match percentage in the industry</li>\n <li><strong>Robust Health Plan</strong>: Affordable, comprehensive protection for you and your family - medical, dental, vision, and more</li>\n <li><strong>Job Skills Development</strong>: On-the-job supply chain skills development, in person and online training</li>\n <li><strong>Leadership Development</strong>: Programs to prepare future supply chain leaders including new manager training and Leadership Excellence Summit</li>\n <li><strong>Career Opportunities</strong>: Build a career path at a growing company that focuses on development, succession planning, and HIPO identification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Legacy Supply Chain</h2>\n<p>For over 40 years, Legacy Supply Chain has grown and evolved as a pioneering, mid-sized 3PL provider that businesses depend on to create control over their dynamic omni-channel supply chains.
