As a certified B Corporation (B for Benefit) Rodeo strives to meet the highest standards for social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.</p> \n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Pediatric Dentist will provide high-end pediatric dentistry services to patients all under the age of 21. All of our general practice dentists have the ability to see children, so a majority of the cases our pediatric dentists will see will be more complex cases involving general anesthesia. We have general anesthesiologists as part of our team in a full-time capacity, providing our pediatric dentists the ability to treat patients safely. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is flexible, and the pediatric dentist will be able to practice based on days agreed to in advance with the Chief Dental Officer. Days can range from 1 day a month up to 20 days a month based on geographic region. Daily schedules for pediatric dentists vary based on region and patient demand, but typically take place from 7am to 2pm daily.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members.</li>\n <li>Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.</li>\n <li>See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population.</li>\n <li>Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset.</li>\n <li>Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.</li>\n <li>Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient population.</li>\n <li>Interact with other General Practice dentists on a daily basis in a professional and cordial manner.</li>\n <li>Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic.</li>\n <li>Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic.</li>\n <li>Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have an active state license prior to starting with Rodeo Dental in the state of the clinic.</li>\n <li>Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement of this position.</li>\n <li>Must have completed a pediatric residency and hold proper credentials to practice fully as a pediatric dentist in your region.</li>\n <li>Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid is required.</li>\n <li>An interest in career development and dentistry skills is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged sitting and standing as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to move from operatory to operatory independently.</li>\n</ul>",
