You will have the opportunity to significantly grow your health and benefits business acumen as well as your financial, project management, negotiation, and communication skills by working on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Play an active support role in multiple client teams developing financial analyses, outputs and client deliverables across a regional team as well as project management.</li><li>Develop working proficiency of core financial, actuarial and analytics theories, models and tools.</li><li>Support accurate and reliable claim reporting and financial modeling to guide client decisions.</li><li>Deepen knowledge of all broad-based benefit programs (e.g., health care, pharmacy, wellbeing, life, disability, voluntary benefits, etc.)</li><li>Develop and assist with financial modeling of benefit plan designs, cost avoidance/funding strategies, and budget projections and rate/contribution development&nbsp;</li><li>Take responsibility for execution of specific tasks that contribute to financial, analytical and placement deliverables for clients, with guidance and adherence to stated deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage follow-up questions/request from the carriers/vendors</li><li>Collect, summarize and analyze proposal findings; support negotiations, make recommendations for finalist carriers, and communication to carriers</li><li>Design and manage placement (renewal/marketing) deliverables with a strict adherence to stated deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes&nbsp;</li><li>Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams</li><li>Partner with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to deliver superior project management.</li><li>Review analytical work, mentor and develop junior colleagues.&nbsp;</li><li>Comply with internal excellence and compliance requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the development of new intellectual capital<br>&nbsp;</li></ul>",
