Make an Impact.</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Community Choice Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical <strong>BSA Specialist</strong> to support our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), OFAC, and Cannabis Related Banking programs. In this role, you will help safeguard the Credit Union by identifying financial crime risks, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">What You&#39;ll Do</span></h2><h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">BSA / AML Compliance</span></h3><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Monitor transactions and account activity to identify unusual or suspicious activity.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Investigate alerts and member activity, documenting findings and recommendations.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk member accounts.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and examinations.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Assist with regulatory examinations and internal or external audits.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Stay current on BSA, AML, OFAC, FinCEN, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.</p></li></ul><h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Cannabis Related Banking</span></h3><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Support the onboarding of cannabis-related business accounts, including documentation review and account setup.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Perform ongoing due diligence reviews and transaction monitoring.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Complete quarterly account reviews and prepare cannabis-related SAR filings.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Monitor member licensing and regulatory standing.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><p>Maintain accurate records, procedures, and supporting documentation.</p></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
